Included with the bartender services are: free set up, up to 6 hours of actual serving time, the bar with linens of your choice, tubs, taps, coolers, beverage napkins, and all related bar tools
We charge $200 per bartender if they are allowed to have a tip jar. As of August 1st – $250
If you prefer the bartender does not have a tip jar we charge $275. As of August 1st- $325
We recommend 1 bartender per 80-130 guests
Waitstaff 6 hours- we recommend 1 server per 50 people- duties include but not limited to- welcoming guests, set up, stocking buffet, clearing tables, cutting cake, trash removal, tear down, $300 per staff member. As of August 1st, $350
$30 for Garnishes- Limes, Oranges, Lemons, Cherries, Olives. As of August 1st $50
$75 for 1 order of Ice- If the weather is predicted to be 90-95 degrees or higher we might recommend a second order, As of August 1st $100
$30 for Unlimited Plastic Cups. As of August 1st $50
$100 Temporary Beer and Wine Permit- As of August 1st $150
$100 Travel Fee (over 75 miles)
$200 Hook up fee, plus $2.50 a mile round trip- Horse Trailer Bar Rental- Call us Check too see if it is available for your big day. As of August 1st $350 Hook Up, mileage will stay the same

Allow us to create a customized bar for you. You supply the alcohol, and we will bring the mixers, garnishes, ice, and cups.

With the signed contract we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, then 7 days prior to the event we require the other 50%. We accept cash, check, money order, venmo, and credit cards.
