We offer a range of services to help you achieve the event you envision.
Included with the bartender services are: free set up, up to 6 hours of actual serving time, the bar with linens of your choice, tubs, taps, coolers, beverage napkins, and all related bar tools
We charge $250 per bartender if they are allowed to have a tip jar.
If you prefer the bartender does not have a tip jar we charge $325.
We recommend 1 bartender per 80-130 guests
Waitstaff 6 hours- we recommend 1 server per 50 people- duties include but not limited to- welcoming guests, set up, stocking buffet, clearing tables, cutting cake, trash removal, tear down, $350 per staff member.
$50 for Garnishes- Limes, Oranges, Lemons, Cherries, Olives.
$100 for 1 order of Ice- If the weather is predicted to be 90-95 degrees or higher we might recommend a second order
$50 for Unlimited Plastic Cups.
$150 Temporary Beer and Wine Permit
$100 Travel Fee (over 75 miles)
$350 Hook up fee, plus $2.50 a mile round trip- Horse Trailer Bar Rental- Call us Check too see if it is available for your big day. – You must hire one of our bartenders
$350 Hook up fee, plus $2.50 a mile round trip- Pour da Party Bar Cart Rental. You must hire one of our bartenders
$350 Hook up fee plus $2.50 a mile round trip – #22thelovebugbar Rental. You must hire with one of our bartenders
Allow us to create customized drinks for you. You supply the alcohol, and we will bring the mixers, garnishes, additional ice, and additional cups.
Starting out at $250 Minimum (for up to 100 guests) or $2.50 per Guest
With the signed contract we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, then 7 days prior to the event we require the other 50%. We accept cash, check, money order, venmo, and credit cards.
